I had the privilege of attending the Arapaoa papakainga karakia for the commencement of this impressive project last Saturday.
Led into the site by two amazing Ratana brass bands, the development organised by Arapaoa 1 Maori Reservation Trust with support from Te Pouahi O Te Taitokerau with up to ten homes to be delivered by Advance Build.
A big congratulations to Chair Shannon Wilson and team for making this project a reality.
