Earlier this week I attended an information session in Whangarei about the opportunities arising from the recently signed India-New Zealand Free Trade Agreement.
The meeting, hosted by NorthChamber was chaired by the Consul General of India Dr Madan Mohan Sethi, and featured presentations from businesses in India setting out the many trade opportunities arising from the recently signed agreement. This is my second meeting with Dr Sethi during the past month. The consulate are keen to identify trade opportunities in Northland and Kaipara is now at the centre of these conversations.
